What is Life Coaching?

A Life Coach partners with individuals helping them to identify systems, thoughts, beliefs, attitudes and behaviors that are consistent with the life they want to experience personally, professionally, and in their relationships.
Much like a Football Coach, a Life Coach creates a safe space to practice drills, utilize tools and processes so that their clients are successful and developed when using their newly acquired skills in real time.
